Hello, we have just returned from a wonderful lholiday to Onar Village with my children Jake, Millie and husband Jim. The staff are an asset to the village and we have made some fantastic friends. The hotel is spotless and there are to many people to name but we have fallen in love with Northern Cyprus.

Comfortable accommodation in a beautiful location!
Just returned from a 10 day stay at Onar Village.
Delighted with its location above the main Kyrenia to Nicosia road in well-maintained attractive grounds. We hired a car and this was an ideal spot for touring with easy access in all three directions. We stayed in one of the villas with a delightful view over Kyrenia and the sea from our terrace. The villa itself was modern, roomy and spotlessly clean. The pool and grounds were beautifully kept. Can't comment on the restaurant as we preferred to eat in town, a five minute drive away, or in the villa.
We liked: location, grounds, views, villa layout, the large pool, helpful staff, regular maid service, free use of the internet in reception area. (There is available a reasonably-priced card for wi-fi access from your own laptop which we did not use).
Niggles (dislike is too strong): kitchen equipment is very basic, 4 plates, cups, saucers, cutlery, one chopping board, two small veg. knives, a bottle opener and no corkscrew nor serving dishes such as a salad bowl; the TV reception was poor with no English-language channels available; no hair dryer although this was not a problem for us as the temperature was well over 30 degrees during our stay; the noise of the cicadas was unexpectedly intrusive at the end of June but this is probably a seasonal phenomenon.
Overall we were delighted with this resort.
